Ideally, UBI's clients are:

Entrepreneurs who wish to operate in and/or locate their businesses in under-served communities as an effort to improve their economies
Interested in establishing a long-term relationship with UBI deal team
Able to demonstrate that the business / service:
- Draw 50% of their clients from under-served communities
- Are willing to hire a certain percentage of employees from the under-served market
Highly committed to business
Open to new and innovative ideas and approaches to operation of their business
